Policies

A 20% deposit is required at booking time.  All deposits will be applied to your final bill and are refundable should your event be cancelled 14 days prior to reservation date. 

All prices are subject to change without notice to reflect market fluctuations. A guaranteed cost of food can be requested no earlier than 45 days prior to event

A room charge will not be applied if you meet the minimum food and beverage purchase.

Table or self-standing decorations are acceptable.  No application of decorations to walls, furniture or any fixtures of the restaurant are allowed.

Poblano Grill does not assume responsibility for damage or loss of merchandise, decorations or articles left in our restaurant.

Menu Arrangements 

Food prices are based on a per person basis. Soda and/or ice tea are not included.

To ensure adequate food and beverage preparation, Poblano Grill requires a guarantee for the number of people attending at least 72 hours prior to your event. The number represents the minimum billing and may not be adjusted after that date.

If a guarantee is not provided, we will take your last estimate as your guarantee.

An 8.25% sales tax and 20% gratuity will be added to your final bill.  Tax exempt organizations must provide a copy of tax-exempt status prior to booking.

No outside food (except celebration cakes) or beverages are allowed in restaurant from an outside source.

A $15 charge will be applied for service to any celebration cake brought into restaurant.

Children 12 years of age and older will be priced as adults.  If your special event does include children we ask that they be supervised at all times.  The charge for children 12 years and younger will be the agreed upon price per guest.

Menu Tasting

Specific menu items may be sampled to assist you in making menu decisions at a tasting.  Tasting requests require at least two weeks advance notice and must be scheduled around the chef’s schedule.  We request that the tasting be limited to two representatives from your group in order to facilitate decision making.  Requests for more than three different entrees, or if more than two plates of any one entrée are requested for a tasting, additional items will be billed at the full menu price on your final event bill.

All alcoholic beverages and specialty non-alcoholic beverages will be charged on a per drink consumed basis at our standard restaurant prices at the date of the event.

Our liquor license requires staff to request proper identification of any person of questionable age and to refuse service to anyone who is underage or if proper identification can not be presented.  We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be intoxicated.

Billing

One check per booking.  No individual checks, unless pre-approved by catering manager.

In the approved case of separate checks, it is the host’s responsibility to inform all members of the party of the menu and price per person.

Poblano Grill accepts corporate checks, major credit cards and cash.  No direct billing unless pre-approved by catering manager.

A 5% transaction fee for credit card billings will be applied for bills over $1,000.00.

Your final bill will be calculated and due at end of your function.  Payment in full is expected at that time.
